Fort Collins police say the two men were involved in at least eight robberies or burglaries, but there may be more.
Anthony James Jordan Jr.and Timothy Andrew Bryant, both 29, are accused of robbing or burglarizing various businesses in Fort Collins, including a medical marijuana dispensary, a payday loan store, three fast food restaurants, a used car dealership and a tattoo parlor.
Rita Davis with Fort Collins police says they are also looking at other crimes committed that took place over the last year, to see if these two men were involved.
Police say the two men were already in jail for other crimes and were able put the rest together during their investigation.
Police say Jordan was taken into custody June 7th on suspicion of felony menacing after pulling a knife on the owner of Runic Body Art, located at 118 W. Laurel St. Bryant was taken into custody July 1st after being arrested in Clinton County, Iowa.
One of the crimes police say the the two men were involved in was an auto theft at Mr. Auto a car dealership near downtown Fort Collins. The owner posted surveillance video of the January 16th robbery on You Tube. No tips were given to police from this video, but that it did help to generate interest in the case. One employee says they just found out yesterday an arrest had been made and weren't surprised.
Both men are being charged with several counts of felony burglary, robbery and motor vehicle theft.
Jordan Jr. remains in custody at the Larimer County Detention Center. Bryant remains in custody in Clinton County Iowa, where he is fighting extradition back to Fort Collins.
