Forecast:

Today: Highs will be a little bit cooler than what we saw yesterday with temperatures in the high 70s. Skies will be mostly clear. It will be a pleasant day today, but unfortunately the winds will pick up and be very gusty. Expect WNW winds at 15-25 mph with gusts up to 35-40 mph. The winds should be of no help to the firefighters in Boulder.

Tonight: Winds will remain breezy and will continue to be gusty. They will shift direction slightly and blow from the NW at around 15-20 mph. Gusts up to 30 mph are possible. Lows are being called for in the low 40s around the region. Skies will be mostly clear, so a beautiful night.

Saturday: A great weekend to go camping or to do something fun outside! Expect highs to warm up just a tad, but warm enough to make it into the low 80s. Mostly clear conditions and unfortunately more dry conditions. Winds will calm down to 5-10 mph from the SSE. Lows can be expected into the low 40s once again. Skies by nightfall will continue to be mostly clear.

Sunday: Pleasant weather continues for the end of the weekend warming up into the mid 80s. Lows will be in the mid to high 40s. Skies will be mostly clear.

Monday: Starting off the next work week with a quiet forecast. Skies will be mostly clear with highs in the mid 80s. Lows will be in the mid 40s once again with mostly clear conditions for the evening hours.

Tuesday: A better chance for showers and thunderstorms have come into the forecast, but temperatures only a bit cooler. Highs will be in the low 80s. Skies will be partly cloudy. Lows will be in the 40s. Chance of storms is around 20%.

Wednesday: Storms once again could pop into the area today. Partly cloudy skies with a 20% chance of storms. Temperatures in the low 80s with lows in the mid 40s. Chance of storms continues throughout the evening as well.

Thursday: Finishing off the 7 day forecast with partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the 80s. Lows once again the mid 40s with partly cloudy skies. There is a slight chance of storms, but we're going to leave it dry for now.
